A colorful optical illusion. Clemens Habicht's Vibrating Colors 1000-piece puzzle is made up of polka dots of color that appear to float over their backgrounds of complementary color. This figure/ground relationship produces a kinetic visual effect of vibration that disorients our perception of color and creates a marvelous challenge for the mind.
