Shipping & Returns
We do our best to ship out orders as quickly as possible. Depending on what day of the week you place your order, please give us 1-3 days to ship out your package (lead time will be longer during our very busy holiday season during November and December). If you require your order sooner, please let us know and we'll do our best to get your goodies on the way as soon as possible.
Please take note of any future ship dates that might be noted next to products. We sell out of items fairly quickly when they are in high demand due to a press feature, and want to keep the item available for people to place orders for future deliveries as soon as they are expected. Please note these dates are our best guesstimate, but we will email you if there is a long delay.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email from us with the shipping details and tracking info. Shipping usually takes 3-7 days depending on your location (we ship from Brooklyn, NY) and the time of the year (December is very busy for all shipping methods so please place your order ASAP- we sell out quickly!).
We primarily ship via USPS Priority Mail with UPS Ground as an alternative. If you cannot receive packages from USPS, please let us know and we will use UPS Ground.
Important: Please note that the 3-7 day shipping window is once your package leaves our shop and not from your order date.
Important: Please be sure to add your apartment or suite number as needed. Unfortunately, if packages missing this info are returned to us or need to be re-routed it is YOUR responsibility. If you realize you made a mistake on the shipping address, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible and we will update it if the package has not already shipped.
Please note, Annie's is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or for packages returned to us for incorrect addresses. Please reach out directly to the courier for lost or stolen packages or to redirect to correct addresses.
When we can, we recycle boxes and packing materials to help the environment, so please pardon our presentations if your box has been recycled.
Standard shipping costs for domestic shipments are based on your total order amount before sales tax (NY only) or any special discounts are applied.
Ground Shipping rates are:
$.01 - $25 = $7.95
$25.01 - $50.00 = $9.95
$50.01 - $75.00 = $11.95
$75.01 - $99.99 = $13.95
$100.00 and up = free shipping
Oversized handling charges may apply to some items.
Route Shipping Insurance
We've partnered with Route - a package protection and tracking solution - to give our customers the best possible delivery experience. Route provides low-cost shipping protection for your package in the event that it gets lost, stolen or damaged while in transit.
Route is also a mobile app that allows you to visually track all of your online orders in one place. No need to dig through your email for tracking numbers. Route’s dynamic maps and real-time shipping updates keep you in the loop throughout every part of your delivery. The Route app is available on Android and Apple app stores.

We will do our best to accommodate expedited shipping as needed. Please email us at email@example.com for 2nd Day air service. We will get back to you ASAP with a shipping quote.
We love our international customers and many visit us at the shop! We will do our best to ship internationally (and still make it worth everyone’s while from a cost perspective). If you are interested in sending things internationally please email us with what you would like to order and your mailing address and we will advise shipping costs. If you have a large order we will do our best to try and accommodate your needs, just send us an email!
First of all, we hope you LOVE everything you get from Annie’s Blue Ribbon General Store- but in case you don’t, please let us know as soon as possible. All returns or exchanges must be made within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns made within 14 days of receiving your order are eligible for a full refund of the product cost to the original payment method or they can be exchanged for another product or store credit. Please return unopened and unused merchandise in original condition. Gift cards and shipping costs are non-refundable. Please let us know you will be sending items back via the contact form so we can be sure to keep an eye out for it. Be sure to include a copy of your Packing Slip (included in the original package) when you send back your merchandise so we can process the refund properly. You will need to cover your own shipping charges for returning your item(s).

We ask that you please send through a trackable shipping service such as USPS, UPS or Fed Ex, so the goods get to us in their original condition!
Once we receive your return we will let you know we received it and your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-10 days.
We will replace items only if they are defective or damaged. Please let us know within 7 days of receipt if you need to exchange for the same item by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Occasionally damages during shipment do occur. To report a damaged item, please email us at email@example.com within 5 business days of delivery. Be sure to include your order number, a brief description of the issue and a photo of the damaged item. We will either replace the item or offer a refund if the item is no longer in stock and we don't anticipate replenishing the product.
We do our best to pack your order correctly but we are humans and sometimes we make mistakes. Please email us within 3 business days with your order number and a brief description of the issue and we will do our best to make it right. We reserve the right to substitute items included in gift and card boxes based on stock availability. We will make every effort to swap out of stock items with similar style items of equal value. Returns are not eligible for substituted items due to limited inventory.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, we will issue you a gift certificate. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale or clearance items cannot be refunded.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
