Note: If product starts to melt in hot weather, just pop it in the refrigerator to re-solidify and stir it up to return its creamy consistency. The butter is good for 12 months and because it is handmade, its appearance may change slightly between batches. Rest assured that the same quantity and quality of ingredients go into each batch, so you can expect the same results every time.
