Cora Ball

SKU: 129463

The single biggest pollution problem facing our oceans and waterways is microfiber: trillions of pieces of tiny fibers get into the water system every time we use our washing machines. Our clothing is breaking up, sending this microfiber (made of plastic and chemical-covered non-plastics) out with the drain water.

The Cora Ball is a new kind of laundry ball. Made of 100% recycled and 100% recyclable soft and stretchy plastic, the Cora Ball will maintain its physical and chemical properties in the temperature extremes of both residential and commercial washers and dryers.  Inspired by the way coral filters the ocean, the Cora Ball collects microfibers from our clothing into fuzz we can see, so we can dispose of microfibers in the right way. Just toss the Cora Ball into any washing machine. It's a simple step that has a big impact wash after wash. Cleaning is easy and similar to cleaning a hairbrush. When you see fuzz/lint balls that are big enough to grab, simply pull them out and throw them in the trash bin.

*Please note it will take some time, weeks even, for you to see the fuzz/lint since microfibers are so tiny.
